Stamping 411 Challenge #160:

I just love Sweet Pea Stamps newest designer's, Samantha Rawlings, images. They are so sweet with their wide eyed look. This one is called Little Fairy, she is stamped in black and colored with watercolors and pencil. To eliminate the starkness of the white paper it is stamped on I added yellow and blue green chalks. The skirt, wings, shoes and accessories are highlighted/colored with glitter pens.

Still haven't been able to get out of my lack of mojo but I am hoping this weeks sketch is the first of several. This stamp is from Auntie Amy's newest additions. Not really sure about the papers - but they are pretty.

Prickley Pear Sketch Challenge

Well my mojo hit the high road a couple weeks ago - trying to get back into the mood I decided to participate in the PPRS challenge this week - they have some wonderful images. This is from the latest set I have gotten - Sketched Flowers 1. Most of the papers are Graphic 45 with a base of CS.

Now did you catch my screw up?? I was so happy my flower turned out so nicely - embossing powder is much like tape for me (think of a cat with a piece stuck to it's paw) and when the flower looked so nice I thought I was on a roll...needless to say I was wrong.
