The 31 Days of Halloween - Day 29

At the beginning of the hop there were several wonderful coffin projects and I wanted some of them so much. But living out in the middle of nowhere I thought I was doomed to go without. But then I came across the site called instructables and found a coffin pattern. Now I can have them whenever I want!

This one was printed on white card stock. I stamped the Smeared Ink spider webs over the top and then colored the paper with copics (my favorite colors for wood are sepia, chamois and sand). I have a skeleton collage sheet from Retro Art Gallery that worked perfectly. He is a bit bigger than the coffin but I think he looks better than the small one that would fit.

I think he may make a great addition to a Halloween wreath someday. ttfn!

LOVELY job building your own! I wouldn't have the patience for that, especially being sick. I live in the boonies also, but we are within driving distance to shop, but my Michaels didn't have the papermache ones, until after i asked tori to get them for me.

This is awesome!
